    Role Overview:You will be joining our clients dedicated IT department as a Remote IT Support Specialist (Tier 3). In this fully remote position, you will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware, software, and network issues across the organization. Your main responsibility will be to resolve escalated issues that Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams cannot handle, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. This will involve diagnosing system malfunctions, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing permanent solutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, such as servers, workstations, and network devices, to ensure optimal performance and security. Developing and updating IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures will also be part of your responsibilities to contribute to the efficiency of the support team.
