Role Overview:As a Senior Data Analyst-Turbo Cross Sell, you will be responsible for extracting data using special tools and software, responding to data-related queries, setting up processes to enhance data efficiency, analyzing and interpreting trends, and reporting findings to add business value. You will play a crucial role in coordinating with the finance team, preparing financial reports, tracking KPIs, identifying revenue leakages, and managing a team of MIS Executives.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with the finance team to finalize the monthly P&L and analyze Budget Vs. Actual figures on revenue, operational costs, and other P&L line items.- Prepare the Annual Operating Plan and provide periodic updates to senior management on P&L review.- Track KPIs and progress on various business metrics, identifying revenue leakages and attribution logics across assets and liability products.- Develop business Decks and performance dashboards for management reviews, overseeing a team of MIS Executives to enhance the MISs insights.- Demonstrate personal drive and a positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and demanding situations.- Willingness to work extensively in the field and travel across the region on short notice.- Perform ad-hoc activities as per the departments requirements.Qualifications Required:- Graduation: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management.- Post Graduation: MBA or PGDM.- Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in data analysis and data science.(Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.)
