Job Description

    As a Finance and Accounting Professional in this role, your responsibilities will include:- Processing vendor invoices on a day-to-day basis as per the defined process and Turnaround Time (TAT).- Handling month-end revenue and cost accruals.- Conducting reconciliations for back-to-back billing, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) ledger balances.- Managing client invoice processing, along with maintaining trackers and reconciliations.- Monitoring the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics and assisting in maintaining the desired scores.- Coordinating with the operation team and vendors to ensure Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance.- Preparing and analyzing reports based on management requirements.- Updating trackers and controls in alignment with internal control requirements.- Providing support for internal and external audits.Qualifications and Skills required for this role:- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, and reporting.- Previous work experience in the Service Industry.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of company and client information.- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to handle complex data effectively.
