Job Description

    As a Finance Executive in our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities:- Processing vendor invoices on a day-to-day basis as per the defined process and Turnaround Time (TAT).- Handling month-end revenue and cost accruals.- Performing reconciliations for back-to-back billing, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) ledger balances.- Processing client invoices, maintaining trackers, and conducting reconciliations.- Tracking Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics and assisting in maintaining desired scores.- Collaborating with the operations team and vendors to ensure Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance.- Preparing and analyzing reports based on management requirements.- Updating trackers and controls to meet internal control requirements.- Supporting internal and external audits.Qualifications and Skills required for this role:- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in finance or accounting and reporting.- Previous experience in the Service Industry is preferred.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information.- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to work with complex data.We look forward to welcoming a detail-oriented and proactive professional to our team who can effectively handle financial processes and reporting responsibilities.
