As a Senior Java Developer/Team Lead, you will lead a team of developers, create robust REST APIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.- Create and manage robust and efficient REST APIs to support integration with external systems and client applications.- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.- Architect and implement solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards.- Ensure code quality through comprehensive reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of applications.- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and incorporate them into the teams practices where appropriate.Qualifications Required:- Strong experience in Java 8, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.- In-depth knowledge of Microservices architecture and designing distributed systems.- Expertise in designing and developing REST APIs and integrating third-party services.- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).- Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.- Solid understanding of security principles and their application in software development.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues.- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
