Job Description

    As a HR Business Partner for the GCC at our company, your key focus will be on partnering with business leaders to identify talent requirements, plan for talent development, productivity, and retention. You will also lead regular HR cycles and deliver on key HR metrics for the GCC by partnering with country CoEs. Additionally, you will play a leadership role in critical India-level projects as needed.Your responsibilities will include:- Partnering with business leaders to identify talent requirements and plan for talent development, productivity, and retention.- Leading regular HR cycles such as performance management and C&B planning.- Enabling a culture in line with the organizations practices by advocating the same to employees and stakeholders.- Analyzing trends in employee turnover, engagement surveys, and performance management to recommend interventions backed by data.- Leading in an informal and people-centric manner to implement new policies, procedures, and programs.- Being the first point of contact for all employee grievances and conducting necessary investigations.- Supporting change management activities and transformation projects.Your qualifications, role-specific knowledge, and experience should include:- MBA in HR- 8-10 years of relevant work experience in HR, with 3-5 years in HR Business Partner/Generalist positions.- Prior experience in managing a global capability center.- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Proficiency in using digital tools, Digital HR systems, and exposure to Analytics.- Willingness to travel 20-30% domestically.Your functional competencies should include:- Performance excellence- Customer engagement excellence- Productivity excellence- Initiative excellence- People excellence- Relationship excellence- Process excellence- Adaptive excellence- Strong business acumen and proven business partnership- Excellent knowledge of HR processes- Domain depth across HR areas such as OD concepts, TA, L&D, C&B, IR, and HR Operations- Digital knowledge, tools, and applications for HR- Change management expertiseThis role offers you the opportunity to lead HR initiatives, drive culture building, and contribute to the organizations success through effective HR practices.
