Job Description

    As an experienced HR and Recruitment Specialist, your role will involve leading end-to-end recruitment for technical positions in compliance with Indian labor laws and HR standards. You will collaborate with business leaders to attract engineering and technology talent, while also providing expertise on employment regulations and best practices.Key Responsibilities:- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles such as software engineering, data, infrastructure, and product-focused positions.- Collaborate with hiring managers to devise clear hiring strategies and sourcing plans based on technical requirements.- Identify and engage high-quality candidates through various channels including direct sourcing, professional networks, and referrals.- Conduct structured candidate evaluations focusing on technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and team compatibility.- Manage the entire interview process from initial outreach to offer negotiation and acceptance.- Establish and nurture talent pipelines for ongoing technical recruitment needs.HR Compliance & Labor Law Support:- Ensure that recruitment practices adhere to Indian labor laws and employment regulations.- Provide guidance to HR and leadership teams on employment contracts, statutory compliance, and hiring policies.- Stay informed about labor legislation impacting hiring and employment practices in India.- Assist in maintaining documentation and compliance related to onboarding and employment processes.- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with local employment standards and regulations.Stakeholder & Candidate Management:- Support hiring managers with market insights, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategy recommendations.- Uphold an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.- Work with HR, People Operations, and leadership to enhance scalable hiring procedures.- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation in the ATS.Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on technical hiring.- Proficient knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR compliance, and employment regulations.- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for engineering and technical roles.- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
