Job Description

    Role Overview:As the HR Officer at FICCI, your main responsibility will be to support end-to-end non-IT recruitment processes. You will primarily focus on hiring talent for various functions such as chambers, associations, policy, research, membership, events, and administration. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners, showcasing your strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, including positions in policy, research, membership, events, administration, communications, and support functions.- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and role expectations.- Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and industry-specific channels.- Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, extend offers, and oversee the onboarding process.- Keep track of recruitment activities, maintain hiring MIS, and ensure compliance documentation is in place.HR Generalist Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day HR operations, including managing the employee lifecycle, onboarding, confirmations, exits, and documentation.- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the organizations core values.- Address employee queries related to HR processes, policies, and engagement.- Assist in performance management processes and generate HR reports.Stakeholder Management:- Serve as a vital HR contact point for internal stakeholders across departments.- Establish strong relationships with senior leaders, managers, and teams.- Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and recruitment partners when necessary.Communication & Coordination:- Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication with candidates, employees, and leadership.- Support internal HR communication initiatives and employee engagement activities.- Handle people-related matters with confidentiality and sensitivity.Qualifications & Skills:- You should have at least 4 years of experience in HR operations and non-IT recruitment.- Previous experience in chambers of commerce, associations, NGOs, federations, or similar organizations is highly desired.- Possess a strong understanding of HR generalist functions and recruitment best practices.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities are necessary.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation is expected.Educational Qualification:- A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field would be beneficial.
