Job Description

    As a Technical Account Manager at Karix in Kerala, your role involves managing, overseeing, and addressing technical needs for clients while promoting a positive vision for the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the existing key accounts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- Investigate and solve complex and long overdue problems faced by customers, forwarded by the customer support desk.- Handle escalated customer complaints and major incidents with prompt resolution.- Collaborate with internal teams for escalations or critical issues, extending support to retain customer business.- Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.- Analyze statistics and data to evaluate the level of customer service provided by the organization.- Build and cultivate strong client relationships to ensure retention and foster business growth.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resource availability for on-time project delivery.- Maximize revenue from existing accounts and explore opportunities to develop new accounts within current clients.- Collaborate with internal business teams to identify and implement improvements to customer service.- Conduct regular review meetings with customers to address any issues and gather feedback.- Prepare weekly Management Information System (MIS) reports, including project status updates.Qualifications Required:- 4-5 years of experience in Customer Support and Technical Account Management, preferably in Telecom or IT industry.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering.- Proactive, self-motivated individual with an analytical mindset to solve problems focusing on client/customer requirements.- Ability to take initiative, accountability, and work effectively as a team player.- Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with strong interpersonal skills.About Karix:Karix is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
