Role Overview:As an RPA Developer at Automation Anywhere, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate various business processes and tasks. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, analyze existing processes for improvement, propose automation solutions, and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard tools. Your role will also involve conducting thorough testing, providing ongoing support and maintenance for deployed bots, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine automation processes. Additionally, you will need to stay updated with emerging RPA technologies and trends to evaluate their potential application within the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes and tasks.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess automation opportunities within different departments.- Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.- Configure, test, and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard RPA tools.- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of RPA solutions.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA bots, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.- Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and refine automation processes.- Stay current with emerging RPA technologies and trends and evaluate their potential application within the organization.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as an RPA Developer with strong programming skills and hands-on experience on A360.- Good to have experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.- Hands-on knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or C#.- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.- Familiarity with process analysis and improvement methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.- Experience with process documentation and workflow diagramming.- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.- Understanding of AI concepts and ability to quickly adapt to implement Gen AI and Agentic automations.Note: All unsolicited resumes submitted to any @automationanywhere.com email address, whether submitted by an individual or by an agency, will not be eligible for an agency fee.
