Job Description

    As a Maintenance Manager, your role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults promptly and effectively. You will optimize operations by identifying opportunities for enhancing machinery reliability and performance to boost productivity. Ensuring safety and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, such as OSHA, is crucial. Additionally, you will provide technical support by maintaining detailed documentation of maintenance activities, managing spare parts inventory, and training operators on new equipment. Cost control and scheduling maintenance tasks without disrupting production are also part of your responsibilities.Your qualifications should include a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 1015 years of experience in project management roles within the chemical or related manufacturing industry. A proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-scale projects is essential.
