Job Description

    As a Business Development Head at ZeusInfinity Services, your role will involve leading and owning the companys revenue growth, sales strategy, and pipeline generation. You will be responsible for building structured, predictable, and scalable business development systems that go beyond sales execution and require end-to-end ownership of revenue, including strategy, funnel optimization, team management, and multi-channel lead generation. Your focus will be on aligning sales, marketing, and delivery efforts to ensure consistent business growth and strong market positioning.Key Responsibilities:- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets- Define and execute overall business development and growth strategy- Identify new market opportunities, segments, and service offerings- Build predictable revenue models and scalable growth systems- Design and optimize end-to-end sales funnels- Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and deal closure timelines- Oversee lead generation across outbound, inbound, and referral channels- Drive internal branding initiatives and company positioning- Lead and manage Business Development, Lead Generation, and Outreach teams- Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, consultants, and businesses- Track and analyze revenue, pipeline, and conversion metricsQualifications Required:- 510 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth roles- Experience in digital marketing, IT services, or agency environment preferred- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and conversion strategies- Proven experience in managing teams and revenue targets- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills- Ability to build systems, processes, and scalable growth modelsThis role offers you the opportunity to take ownership of business growth and revenue outcomes, build and scale the companys business development function, gain leadership exposure, and make high-impact decisions in a performance-driven environment.
