Job Description

    As a Client Success Engineer at our global technology-driven organization, your role will involve managing customer projects, ensuring timely delivery, and providing exceptional support to clients. Your strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to collaborate with customers and internal teams will be key in delivering high-quality solutions.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Customer Project Management** - Ensure orders have complete information and are delivered within timelines - Manage project lifecycle including the discovery phase - Coordinate with internal teams and clients - Create project plans and provide regular updates- **Customer Service** - Handle customer queries and escalations - Resolve issues within defined timelines - Maintain accurate case logs and documentation - Create knowledge base articles for future reference- **Training & Enablement** - Conduct training sessions (remote/on-site) - Help customers understand system functionalities - Prepare presentations and demo materials - Train internal support teams- **Data & Reporting** - Analyze requirements and prepare project specifications - Perform data setup and validation - Conduct testing and ensure quality standards - Generate daily/weekly reports**Qualifications:**- B.E / B.Tech (CSE / IT)- Basic understanding of software systems**Experience:**- 35 years of experience in Customer Support / Client Handling roles- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply**Pay range and compensation:**- CTC: 3,00,000 5,00,000In this role, you will be part of the Customer Service department located in Vadodara, working from the office.
