    Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a Cosmetic Clinic located in Vadodara, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction through excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the clinics budgeting and financial aspects, coordinating with medical staff, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and training new employees. Effective communication with both staff and patients will be essential to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the Cosmetic Clinic- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through excellent customer service- Manage budgeting and financial aspects- Coordinate with medical staff and ensure compliance with health regulations- Train new employees effectivelyQualifications- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills- Experience with Budgeting and financial management- Background in Medicine and healthcare operations- Proficiency in Training staff- Excellent organizational and leadership skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fieldNote: The company offers a remuneration of Rs. 4 lac per annum.
