Job Description

    You have a job opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in shop floor operations. In this role, you will be responsible for process optimization, quality control, and data analysis. You will also be involved in implementing IoT-driven projects to digitally enhance manufacturing processes, including CNC machining, fabrication, PLC programming, VFDs, Scada, and DCS systems.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct process optimization and quality control activities on the shop floor.- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement.- Implement IoT-driven projects to modernize manufacturing processes.- Work on CNC machining, fabrication, PLC programming, VFDs, Scada, and DCS systems.Qualifications Required:- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in shop floor operations.- Proficiency in software such as Solid Edge, AutoCAD, FEA-NX for structural analysis, and MS Office.- Experience with SAP or ERP systems.- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S principles.This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and utilize your skills in software, data analysis, and shop floor operations.
