Job Description

Role Overview:In this role, your main responsibility will be to ensure the successful execution and completion of on-site service jobs to achieve customer satisfaction. You will be required to follow Emerson Standard procedures, maintain quality standards, and provide technical support to the Project/Engineering department as needed. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on new services and products offered by Emerson Flow System and share knowledge with the service team members.Key Responsibilities:- Overall responsibility for on-site service job execution and completion with customer satisfaction.- Prepare detailed site visit reports and obtain signed off from customers after job completion.- Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, escalating when necessary.- Ensure compliance with Emerson Quality Management System and Procedures.- Provide technical assistance to Project/Engineering department as required.- Maintain technical awareness of new technology in the field.- Provide installation, commissioning, AMC, and ARC service support.- Keep service visit data and product configuration back-ups up-to-date on the server.Qualifications Required:- Knowledge of Flow Metering System.- Work experience with products like Flow Meter, GC, Flow Computer, Control Valve, PLC, HMI, etc.- Bachelors degree in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering with 2-4 years of work experience.- Experience with Flow Metering System for the Oil & Gas Industry is preferred.Additional Company Details:As an active learner who embraces both success and failure as learning opportunities, you will thrive in this role by building partnerships and collaborating with team members to achieve set objectives in a fast-paced environment.
