As a Help Desk Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide internal users with software and hardware support for their workstations, account management support, and assistance with various enterprise-level software utilized by the business. Your role will involve imaging laptops, desktops, servers, notebooks, and tablets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, acting as an account admin for software products, assisting with wireless account management, and more.**Key Responsibilities:**- Imaging laptops, desktops, servers, notebooks, and tablets.- Maintaining image libraries with Desktop Engineers.- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.- Acting as an account admin for software products.- Assisting with wireless account management.- Troubleshooting internal network issues.- Providing IP phone support.- Participating in project work.- Setting up, tearing down, and troubleshooting internal audiovisual systems.- Maintaining hardware inventory.- Monitoring and maintaining the corporate data center.- Troubleshooting, building, and maintaining virtual servers.- Participating in the on-call rotation.**Qualifications Required:**- Minimum of 4 years experience in a Help Desk role, system administrator role, or software support analyst position.- Basic knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems, networking, and hardware.- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Office.- Experience with cabling and termination standards.- Knowledge of Internet technologies and protocols.- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service experience.As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be expected to provide live phone support, ticket system support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently, follow checklists for task-oriented work, work on project-oriented tasks, provide excellent customer service, and actively develop skills towards becoming a Help Desk Analyst 2.The company offers various benefits, including the opportunity to learn leading technical and industry standards, flexible working arrangements, an annual performance-related bonus, Flexi Fridays, and an engaging, fun, and inclusive culture.
