Job Description

    Role Overview:As the HR & People Ops Manager at e intelligence, your role is to own employee retention, hiring velocity, and ensure a predictable employee experience across the company. You will be responsible for diagnosing voluntary attrition issues, launching retention plans, streamlining the recruitment process, and optimizing HR systems and processes. Additionally, you will handle employee relations, performance management, employer reputation, payroll coordination, compliance, and sensitive cases.Key Responsibilities:- Own retention metrics and generate monthly voluntary attrition reports with root causes analysis- Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and pulse surveys to drive actionable insights- Develop manager toolkits for feedback, performance conversations, and conflict resolution- Standardize onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle processes- Manage recruitment end-to-end, define scorecards, interview processes, and offer strategies- Implement and optimize HR software for ATS, HRMS, payroll workflow, and documentation- Handle grievance handling, performance cycles, and ensure compliance with proper documentation- Improve employer brand credibility on platforms like Glassdoor and encourage honest reviews- Coordinate with vendors for HR-related supplies, gifts, events, and employee kits- Handle misconduct investigations, coordinate with legal counsel for serious violations, and ensure compliance in termination actionsQualifications Required:- 4 to 8 years of HR experience with a focus on retention and employee relations- Proven track record in recruitment in a fast-paced services business- Strong process-oriented mindset with experience in building SOPs, templates, and dashboards- Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and discretion in sensitive matters- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze trends, root causes, and take actions- Strong documentation discipline and attention to detailAbout the Company:e intelligence is an end-to-end AI Marketing Agency with a global presence, offering customized services in diverse technology and marketing domains.
