Job Description

    As a Human Resources Officer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to manage and support core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR best practices are implemented across the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes effectively- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation- Provide support for performance management and employee development initiatives- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures- Assist in HR reporting and data analysis- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace cultureQualifications and Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- High level of confidentiality and professionalism- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesIn addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time. The work location for this role is in person.
