Job Description

    Role Overview:The Hub APMEA Graduate Trainee Program is designed to nurture young talent within the Hub by providing a structured 12-month training program. The aim is to prepare participants to meet the evolving needs of the business, promote diversity, and inclusion. Throughout the program, trainees will gain exposure to key functions, hands-on experience, and professional development opportunities. Upon completion, participants will possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and mindset to seamlessly transition into the workforce and contribute effectively to organizational success.Key Responsibilities:- Rotate through Hitachi Energy businesses and functions over the 12-month program, with a possibility of an overseas assignment at the programs conclusion.- Undergo job assignment rotations every 3 months to receive coaching and development aimed at accelerating functional and leadership competencies.- Participate in leadership and mentoring programs, technical and product training, industry site experience, and training with cutting-edge technologies.- Demonstrate personal leadership, teamwork, collaboration abilities, initiative, self-confidence, and future leader aspirations.- Exhibit a passion for delivering excellent customer service and be willing to travel or relocate as required.- Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines while embodying Hitachi Energys core values of safety and integrity.Qualifications Required:- Recent Engineering university graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.- Internationally minded individuals with social and intercultural competency, balanced personalities, and openness to new ideas.- Strong communicators with persistence, drive, leadership skills, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial competence.- Ambitious and curious individuals with a wide range of interests, realistic career goals, and willingness to learn from foreign cultures.- Excellent language skills, fluency in English, and additional languages are a plus.Please note: The benefits mentioned in the job description, such as annual leave, flexible working policy, healthcare insurance, learning and development opportunities, and the chance to work in an international environment with a focus on green energy solutions, may vary based on the employees country of hire.
