As a PCI Compliance Specialist at VikingCloud, your role involves professionally and accurately providing support to merchant customers through various communication methods. Your key responsibilities include:- Educating callers on the importance of achieving and maintaining PCI-DSS Compliance- Providing appropriate assistance for each step of the compliance process- Identifying opportunities to promote Sysnet products and services- Striving for first call resolution by efficiently gathering necessary information- Managing assertive or complicated calls in a calm, clear, and respectful manner- Logging each call accurately using the appropriate systems- Meeting call/chat metrics and Service Level Agreements- Undertaking additional duties as needed based on business requirementsQualifications required for this role include:- Minimum Graduate or equivalent qualification- 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center- Excellent Communication Skills with fluency in verbal German- Proven experience in handling customer interactions through live chat and call lines- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and proficiency in MS Office- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills- Ability to work flexible shifts with impeccable schedule adherence- Positive outlook, team player attitude, and a passion for customer supportAt VikingCloud, we are a leading Predict-to-Prevent cybersecurity and compliance company, offering businesses an integrated solution to make informed risk mitigation decisions faster.
