Job Description

    As a prospective client outreach executive, your role involves contacting potential clients through leads provided by the company. Your key responsibilities include:- Understanding client investment requirements and financial goals.- Professionally explaining investment opportunities, project details, expected returns, risks, and benefits.- Educating clients about the companys investment model to help them make informed decisions.- Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships.- Arranging and conducting client meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed.- Regularly following up with interested prospects and leads.- Addressing and resolving client queries and concerns regarding investments and projects.- Converting qualified leads into successful investments or sales.- Maintaining accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM system.- Coordinating with internal teams for seamless investor onboarding and documentation.- Meeting assigned sales targets and investment mobilization goals.Qualifications required for this role:- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Preference for experience in sales, real estate, or investment advisory.- Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.- Target-driven and self-motivated.- Basic understanding of investments, finance, or real estate is advantageous.If any additional details about the company were included in the job description, they would be included here.
