Job Description

    As a Sales Trainer from the industry, you will be responsible for training candidates in Australian B2B/B2C sales processes, recruiting, and onboarding them. You should have experience in high-volume hiring, onboarding, and training in fast-paced environments. Your role will involve developing structured training materials quickly, coaching, and improving sales performance efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Specialize in international sales training and talent acquisition- Identify and hire suitable candidates for training roles in the solar/energy sector- Train and hire for digital sales teams- Build training modules using digital tools and implement fast-paced hiring and training strategies- Train and hire for high-ticket, solution-based selling in the Tech & SaaS Sales domain- Recruit sales professionals in retail & telecom sectors with consultative selling expertiseQualifications Required:- Masters degree preferred- 4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer preferred- Proficiency in English preferredThe company offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is in the morning shift with the opportunity for a performance bonus.
