As a Senior Operations Expert with a strong background in Transformer Manufacturing, your role will involve optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving operational excellence across facilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and support strategic goals.**Key Responsibilities:**- Collaborate with product line and factory managers to develop and facilitate programs, projects, goals, and metrics that enhance manufacturing performance.- Drive synergies among transformer manufacturing facilities in the region.- Provide guidance and support in overseeing manufacturing processes, managing resources efficiently, and implementing best practices to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost targets.- Work closely with the Global Product Group Operations team to implement best practices and ensure the adoption of the latest manufacturing technologies across the APMEA region.- Lead and oversee manufacturing automation and digitalization projects to improve efficiency and enhance production capabilities.- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of large capital expenditure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet required specifications.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators specific to transformer manufacturing to identify areas for improvement.- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, factory management, or related roles.- Hands-on mentality and deep understanding of the power transformer manufacturing environment.- Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and delivering results in complex organizations.- Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with a clear passion for self and others development.- Proficiency in both spoken and written English language.- This role may require travel within the HUB APMEA region, up to 35%.
