Job Description

    As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at our Mining & Metals organization, you will play a crucial role in building high-performing teams for our Gold & Copper division. Your expertise in talent acquisition and stakeholder management will directly influence the success of our business. If you are a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience and an MBA qualification, we are eager to meet you in Baroda, Gujarat.**Role Overview:**You will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and leadership roles within the Mining & Metals division. Your strategic mindset and sourcing intelligence will be essential in driving workforce planning and attracting top-tier candidates. Your ability to understand the complexities of hiring in Mining, Gold, and Copper operations will be highly valued.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level technical, operational, and corporate positions.- Develop and implement hiring strategies for Mining, Geology, Processing, HSE, and Engineering functions.- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast talent needs and drive workforce planning.- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates.- Enhance employer branding efforts to establish the company as the preferred employer in the mining sector.- Mentor junior team members to ensure target achievement and process excellence.- Ensure compliance with hiring SLAs, data accuracy, and reporting metrics.- Create a robust talent pipeline for specialized mining roles in Gold & Copper.- Coordinate with HR, L&D, and Business Leaders for seamless onboarding and integration.**Qualifications Required:**- MBA (HR / Business Management) is mandatory.- Minimum 15 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition.- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Mining, Metals, Gold, or Copper industries.- Ability to manage high hiring volumes and complex talent requirements.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.If you have experience working on global or large-scale mining projects and possess a deep understanding of market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and talent mapping, it would be considered a plus.
