Job Description

    As a Store Helper / Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the store or warehouse. Your responsibilities will include:- Assisting in receiving, organizing, and storing stock and materials.- Efficiently picking, packing, and preparing customer orders.- Supporting the loading and unloading of goods during deliveries.- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store/warehouse area.- Checking products for damages or discrepancies and promptly reporting any issues.- Coordinating with delivery partners and supervisors to ensure timely dispatch.- Following safety procedures and company guidelines diligently.Qualifications required for this role include:- Minimum qualification of 10th Pass / 12th Pass.- Prior experience in store or warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory.- Being physically fit and capable of lifting moderate weights.- Punctuality, responsibility, and willingness to work flexible hours or shifts.- Basic understanding of inventory handling and order management.Additionally, the work schedule for this role is 6 days a week with rotational shifts, and the job type is Full-time for freshers.
