Job Description

    Role Overview:The HAECO Group is an independent global provider of high-quality MRO services, offering a broad range of aviation products and services to enable customers to operate their aircraft safely and efficiently. Headquartered in Hong Kong since 1950, HAECO has operations throughout the Asia-Pacific region, Americas, and other parts of the world. HAECO Hong Kong, based at Hong Kong International Airport, provides a comprehensive range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training, and AOG support.Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Account Managers and Account Executives to handle all commercial activities.- Analyse market situation and competition landscape to formulate competitive commercial proposals aligned with business objectives.- Build strong customer relationships and foster long-term partnerships.- Drive the compilation of bid/proposal/quote packages in collaboration with customers and business units.- Partner with internal stakeholders to determine financial objectives and ensure clear communication with the team.- Ensure compliance with Group Policy on legal and compliance requirements.- Negotiate and finalize contractual terms with customers and internal stakeholders within company policy framework.- Identify upselling opportunities and prepare contracts for signing with customers.- Evaluate and select alternatives to optimize program execution.- Anticipate potential risks and develop preventive approaches.- Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance program execution process and performance.- Collaborate with business units to propose enhancement solutions and build trusting relationships with operations and production teams.- Foresee customer requirements, engage in negotiations with stakeholders, and secure necessary resources for prompt customer feedback handling.- Facilitate warranty cases processing and support relevant internal and external communications.- Build and sustain long-term loyal customer relationships through effective relationship management.Qualifications Required:- Recognized degree in any discipline, with a business/management-related degree being an advantage.- Minimum of 7 years of customer relations/marketing experience, preferably in the aviation industry.- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.- Strong prioritizing and organization skills with the ability to delegate tasks within required timeframes.- Knowledge of contracting procedures and negotiation techniques, such as IATA SGHA or Aviation GTA, is an advantage.- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.- Customer-focused and results-driven.- Production knowledge in line or base maintenance is an advantage.- Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.Join HAECO and be part of something bigger!
