Greetings from Netsach - A Cyber Security Company.As a Quality Assurance Lead at Netsach, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes for customers products, including ZTNA, SSO, MFA, and IDAM. Your primary focus will be to ensure the reliability, functionality, performance, and security of the products through comprehensive testing methodologies. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and executing test plans, implementing automation testing frameworks, conducting load testing, and performing security testing to deliver flawless customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the quality assurance efforts for customers products, ensuring highest standards of functionality, performance, and security.- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, API Testing, Performance Testing, Automation Testing, Endpoint Agents Testing, Load Testing, and Security Testing.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through rigorous testing and validation processes.- Implement and manage automation testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage of test cases.- Conduct load testing to validate system performance under high-traffic conditions and ensure scalability.- Perform security testing, including Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing, to identify and mitigate potential risks.- Apply Six Sigma methodologies to align product quality with customer requirements and business objectives.- Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects for timely delivery of high-quality products.- Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for test cases, procedures, and quality metrics.- Monitor and report on quality assurance metrics to provide insights for product improvements.Required Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.- Proven experience as a QA Lead in a technology-driven environment, preferably in cybersecurity or network security products.- Expertise in testing methodologies and proficiency in automation testing tools and scripting languages.- Strong knowledge of ZTNA, SSO, MFA, and IDAM product domains.- Familiarity with compliance standards, security testing practices, and Six Sigma concepts.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent leadership and communication abilities.- Experience with test management tools and CI/CD pipelines.Preferred Skills:- Certifications such as ISTQB, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt.- Experience with cloud-based testing environments and containerized applications.- Knowledge of secure software development lifecycles and DevSecOps practices.- Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and their testing requirements.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package including comprehensive Medical insurance.- Opportunities for professional growth and certification support.- A collaborative, innovative work environment with flexible remote options.- The chance to work on cutting-edge technologies and impact global clients.Thank You,Emily JhaNetsach - A Cyber Security CompanyWebsite: www.netsachglobal.com Greetings from Netsach - A Cyber Security Company.As a Quality Assurance Lead at Netsach, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes for customers products, including ZTNA, SSO, MFA, and IDAM.
