Job Description

    As the Regional Head - Individual Loans in the Rural Banking department, your main role is to lead sales for Housing loan products across the rural branch network in the defined zone. You are expected to drive business and collections to meet defined targets and standards while upholding a customer-first philosophy.Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales and collections of Mortgage Loan (MEL), MEL Variants, Personal Loan (PL), PL Cross Sell, and other unsecured loan products- Maintain high collections efficiency across buckets, with current bucket collections above 99.7%- Acquire new-to-bank (NTB) customers while retaining existing ones- Grow the portfolio by increasing the number of customers and consistently delivering the desired disbursal amount- Ensure high compliance standards through continuous portfolio checks to minimize governance issues and process lapsesSecondary Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to minimize escalations- Lead digital initiatives within existing productsManagerial and Leadership Responsibilities:- Build a strong and high-performance team- Train new hires and develop existing talent- Provide continuous guidance to prepare the team for their next roles- Maintain minimum attrition levelsQualification Required:- Graduation in any field- Post-graduation in MBA/PGDM- 15 years of relevant experience in the field(Note: No additional details about the company were mentioned in the job description.)
