Job Description

    Role Overview:As the Electro-Mechanical/Utilities Services Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and maintain electromechanical/utilities services at the site. This includes overseeing a technician team, preparing and implementing planned preventive maintenance (PPM), and conducting regular inspections to identify any potential risks or defect areas. You will also review the work of subordinate staff, provide guidance as needed, and ensure proper documentation, checking, and follow-up of assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain electromechanical/utilities services at the site- Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM)- Conduct regular inspections to identify risks or defect areas- Review the work of subordinate staff and provide guidance- Ensure proper documentation, checking, and follow-up of assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in a trackerQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing electromechanical/utilities services- Strong leadership and team management skillsIn addition to your core responsibilities, you will be involved in hiring, training, and developing shift engineers and maintenance staff, formulating budgeting controls, and monitoring SLAs & KPIs for JLL and outsourced agencies. You will also oversee vendor quotations and invoices, ensure proper sign-offs for attendance and cost sheet submissions, and schedule monthly vendor meetings.Moreover, you will play a crucial role in energy conservation measures, prepare monthly readings sheets with occupants, maintain history cards for all equipment, attend to major complaints, and escalate issues to seniors as needed. You will also assist in conducting risk assessments, root cause analysis, and creating corrective, preventive, and emergency response action plans.Your role will involve working closely with regional and head office teams to ensure timely closures of all required reports and facilitating services under the slogan No Safety No Work, emphasizing the importance of safety in all operations.
