    As an IT Recruiter, your role will involve managing the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently and within timelines. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities:- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress.- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.- Support onboarding activities as needed.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in any field.- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (IT or Non-IT).- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and job portal tools.- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
