Your responsibilities will include overseeing project timelines, ensuring code quality, and delivering web solutions that provide seamless user experiences. Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers will be essential to meet business requirements effectively.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 frontend developers to deliver high-quality web solutions.- Oversee project timelines, code quality, and ensure timely delivery of web applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.- Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive, high-performance web applications.- Implement best practices for code quality, version control, and development standards.- Manage task allocation, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate skill development within the team.- Ensure customization and maintenance of Shopify storefronts to meet business requirements effectively.**Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).As part of the mandatory skills required for this role, you should have a strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6), along with expertise in React.js and Shopify. Team leadership experience with a minimum of 2 years managing at least 10 developers is essential.
