Role Overview:As a Product Quality Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web, mobile, and backend fintech applications. Your role will involve analyzing user stories, conducting various levels of testing, detecting software defects, and providing timely solutions. You will work closely with other team members and departments to maintain high-quality standards throughout the Agile product life cycle.Key Responsibilities:- Analyzing user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility- Analyzing test results for database impacts, errors, bugs, and usability- Collaborating with team members and departments- Executing all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)- Ensuring adherence to quality assurance processes, standards, and metrics- Designing and developing automation scripts as needed- Detecting and tracking software defects and inconsistencies- Providing timely solutions- Applying quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product life cycle- Providing support and documentation- Testing frontend using different tools like Firebug- Minimum 2 years of experience in Automation Testing- Hands-on experience with web/mobile testing, API testing, and bug tracking tools- Good understanding of databases (SQL), JSON, and XML formats- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills- Good time-management skills- Great interpersonal and communication skillsQualification Required:- Bachelors degree in IT or Computer ScienceAdditional Details of the Company:Our company processes around 2500 transactions per second using distributed and auto scale technology like K8.
