As a Quality Assurance Lead at Netsach - A Cyber Security Company, your role involves overseeing the quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, functionality, performance, and security of products through comprehensive testing methodologies. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards and delivering flawless customer experiences.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead quality assurance efforts for products like ZTNA, SSO, MFA, and IDAM, ensuring they meet high standards of functionality, performance, and security.- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans covering Functional Testing, Regression Testing, API Testing, Performance Testing, Automation Testing, Endpoint Agents Testing, Load Testing, and Security Testing.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through rigorous testing and validation processes.- Implement and manage automation testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and test case coverage.- Conduct load testing to validate system performance under high-traffic conditions and ensure scalability.- Perform security testing, including Vulnerability Assessments (VA) and Penetration Testing (PT), to identify and mitigate potential risks.- Apply Six Sigma methodologies like House of Quality and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to align product quality with customer requirements and business objectives.- Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.- Mentor and guide QA team members to promote continuous improvement and quality excellence.- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for test cases, procedures, and quality metrics.- Monitor and report on quality assurance metrics to provide insights to stakeholders for driving product improvements.**Required Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.- Proven experience as a QA Lead in a technology-driven environment, preferably with cybersecurity or network security products.- Expertise in testing methodologies such as Functional Testing, Regression Testing, API Testing, and more.- Strong knowledge of product domains like ZTNA, SSO, MFA, and IDAM.- Proficiency in automation testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, and scripting languages like Python, JavaScript.- Familiarity with compliance standards, security testing practices, and Six Sigma concepts.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent leadership and communication abilities.- Experience with test management tools and CI/CD pipelines.**Preferred Skills:**- Certifications like ISTQB, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt.- Experience with cloud-based testing environments and containerized applications.- Knowledge of secure software development lifecycles (SDLC) and DevSecOps practices.- Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and testing requirements.In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, Netsach offers opportunities for professional growth, a collaborative work environment, and the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies impacting global clients.Thank you for considering Netsach - A Cyber Security Company for your next career opportunity.Emily Jhahidden_emailNetsach - A Cyber Security Companywww.netsachglobal.com As a Quality Assurance Lead at Netsach - A Cyber Security Company, your role involves overseeing the quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, functionality, performance, and security of products through comprehensive testing methodologies.
