Job Description

    Role Overview:As a project coordinator in the Transformation Project team, you will play a vital role in providing consistent and high-quality services to Portfolio Managers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating tasks between various teams, tracking project/portfolio related KPIs, monitoring project triple constraints (Time, Cost & Scope), and ensuring on-time completion of project deliverables. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, scheduling project meetings, and following up on action items with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Experience working in large projects- Minimum 4 years of corporate experience with at least 2 years of Project Management/Coordination- Track and report Project/Portfolio related KPIs- Coordinate project meetings and produce meeting minutes, project documentation, updates, status reports, and approvals- Ensure tasks are tracked as per committed deadlines- Follow up on action items with key stakeholders to ensure on-time project tasksQualifications Required:- Knowledge in PMBOK concepts would be an added advantage- Proficiency in MS Project/Word/PowerPoint/Excel- Exceptional communication skills - both written and oral- Strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities- Demonstrated interpersonal and analytical skills- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid changesAdditional Company Details:The company values flexibility, accountability, and teamwork.
