Job Description

    You will be responsible for the implementation and support of the Safetrax tool for large corporates and fleet partners. Acting as a single point of contact, you will address all client queries and ensure client satisfaction by serving as a liaison between clients, sales, and other functional groups. Your role will involve managing Account Management, supporting clients, and owning the growth strategy for the accounts. Additionally, you will participate in internal planning activities, showcase a consulting mindset, respond to customer queries, and negotiate deals successfully. It is essential to understand client needs and address them within defined timelines.Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors degree and demonstrated prior Account/Service Management experience, along with 2-5 years of experience with Software Products. Strong written and oral communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), hands-on experience with Product Implementation & support, understanding of technical risks and supportability parameters, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively are also important for this position.
