As a Regional Operations Head for a Project Management Consultancy in Gujarat, your role will involve leading large-scale PMC operations with a focus on strategic planning, project oversight, client management, team leadership, and financial management.Key Responsibilities:- Lead regional operations in alignment with strategic goals, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.- Supervise multiple project teams, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget.- Monitor project KPIs, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, build strong relationships, and resolve escalated issues for high client satisfaction.- Lead and mentor Project Directors, Project Managers, and engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.- Manage regional budgets, ensure project profitability, and support business development activities including bid reviews and client presentations.Preferred Candidate Profile:- 2025 years of experience in construction/infrastructure/PMC industry.- Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects.- Strong expertise in operations management, client handling, and project delivery.- Experience in managing multi-location projects and large teams.
