As a QA Data Tester with a focus on backend (ETL / Analytics) for enterprise Azure-based data platforms, your role involves validating data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics reports across multiple systems. Your responsibilities include:- Performing backend and data-focused testing on cloud data platforms- Validating ETL pipelines, data transformations, and source-to-target mappings- Executing advanced SQL queries to ensure data integrity and reconciliation- Testing data on Azure services, Snowflake, Cosmos DB, and Tableau- Analyzing data models, schemas, and architecture documentation- Identifying data discrepancies and collaborating with developers to resolve issuesTo excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:- 35 years of experience in QA or ETL/data testing- Strong skills in advanced SQL querying- Experience in testing ETL pipelines and backend data systems- Ability to validate data models and data mappings- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsNice to have: Experience with Python or Scala and familiarity with cloud data platforms would be beneficial.
