Job Description

    Role Overview:As an I&F Decision Science Practitioner Associate at Accenture, you will be responsible for the hands-on development, automation, and delivery of HR reports and dashboards. This includes both standard (recurring) and ad hoc (one-time) reporting requests. You will work closely with the Reporting Manager to ensure timely, accurate, and business-relevant reporting outcomes. Your role will involve utilizing technical skills in tools like Workday, Advanced Excel, PowerQuery, and VBA to interpret and analyze data effectively. Additionally, familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is desirable. You must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement in reporting processes. Your tasks will involve providing insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures, and policies to help make data-driven decisions and support HR in transitioning from operational to tactical or strategic partner.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, automate, and deliver HR reports and dashboards- Collaborate with Reporting Manager to ensure timely and accurate reporting outcomes- Utilize technical skills in tools like Workday, Advanced Excel, PowerQuery, and VBA for data interpretation and analysis- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau- Provide insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives in HR processes- Continuous improvement in reporting processesQualifications Required:- Any Graduation- 1 to 3 years of experience- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data reporting- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools- Knowledge of Python programming language- Skills in Workday Advanced Reporting, Workday Reporting, Workday PRISM, Workday Discovery Boards & Worksheets- Ability to work with Reporting & Visualizations- Familiarity with HR domain and MS Office (Excel)- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking- Excellent verbal communication skills- Proficiency in VBA, PowerQuery, SQL & PowerBI(Note: Additional details about Accenture have been omitted as they were not present in the provided job description.)
