Job Description

    You will be working as an Associate Sales Manager in the Bancassurance Department of the organization. Your main responsibility will be to generate leads and acquire new business from the salary segment of bank partners, focusing on closing Protection and Annuity deals.Your key responsibilities will include:- Generating leads during account openings or service calls to customers- Building and strengthening relationships with Cluster heads and staff to encourage interest in Protection and Annuity products- Participating in work site activities such as setting up stalls and delivering presentations in corporate settings- Engaging with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) for personalized selling- Closing sales and ensuring timely follow-up on policy issuances- Enhancing awareness among bank customers about Life Insurance solutions, with a specific focus on Annuity and protection plans- Driving the implementation of Reward and Recognition programs for bank staff- Conducting regular training sessions for bank staff on Annuity and Protection plans offered by Max LifeTo measure your success, the key performance indicators will include:- Adjusted Modal First Year Premium (MFYP)- Number of policies sold- Business Leakage, which includes cancellationsThe ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline- 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance sector- Proficient in communication skills in English and regional languages (mandatory requirement)- Age group preferred between 21-28 years- Having own conveyance is preferable for this role,
