Job Description

With a workforce of over 2200 employees and a presence in almost all Tier I and Tier II cities in India, ZEISS India boasts 3 production facilities, an R&D center, Global IT services, and about 40 Sales & Service offices.The purpose of this position is to assist the Regional Sales Manager in enhancing Vision sales within a designated region to achieve profitable growth in alignment with set targets. Key responsibilities include managing Key and Priority accounts within the assigned territory, focusing on sales, collection, and revenue from A category customers. The role also involves developing new customer relationships, expanding the share of wallet from existing customers, handling distributors, engaging in partnership programs, and supporting Below The Line (BTL) activities with key accounts.The ideal candidate should have 5 to 11 years of experience in the Consumer products industry with a strong background in optical industry, FMCG, or FMCD sales. Educational qualifications include any graduation (B. Sc. preferred) and a degree in Ophthalmology/MBA in Marketing/Sales.
