Job Description

    Prominance Homworks is a leading manufacturer and seller of UPVC window and door profiles, headquartered in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We provide high-quality products and services across various sectors, including home interiors, UPVC windows & doors, baffle ceilings, soffit panels, aluminum products, and sofas. With a dedicated workforce of over 1500 employees, Prominance Homworks is experiencing significant growth and serving customers across multiple locations, including Coimbatore, Chennai, Erode, and Bangalore. Our production facilities in Coimbatore include Prominance SF and Homworks.As a Site Executive at Prominance Homworks, located in Guwahati, you will be responsible for managing on-site activities and ensuring smooth coordination between teams. The ideal candidate must have a two-wheeler for site travel, with petrol allowances provided by the company. Freshers are welcome to apply for this position, with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferred. Any relevant qualification is desirable for this role.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and monitor site operations daily- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients when necessary- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards- Report project updates and issues to the project manager- Maintain accurate daily site records and documentationRequirements:- Must own a two-wheeler (Petrol allowance will be provided)- Excellent communication and coordination skills- Willingness to travel within the city- Basic knowledge of construction/site operations is a plusEmployee Benefits at Prominance Homworks include a leave policy with 12 Casual Leaves (CL), 15 Earned Leaves (EL), and 9 Public Holidays, free breakfast and lunch for all employees, Diwali bonus equivalent to one months salary for those completing a full financial year, and medical insurance coverage.
