Job Description

    As a Training Coordinator for Retail Sales Executives, your role will involve delivering engaging and structured training sessions for NSQF Level 3/4 batches. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, mock interviews, and role-plays to evaluate the learning progress of the participants. Customizing content based on the learners backgrounds and local retail requirements will be a key aspect of your job. Additionally, maintaining daily training reports, attendance logs, and feedback records will be part of your routine tasks. You will also collaborate with placement teams to prepare students for interviews and ensure their readiness by following SSC and NSDC guidelines.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and structured training for Retail Sales Executive batches (NSQF Level 3/4).- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and role-plays to evaluate learning.- Customize content as per the learners background and local retail needs.- Maintain daily training reports, attendance logs, and feedback records.- Coordinate with placement teams for student interviews and readiness.- Ensure alignment with SSC and NSDC guidelines, wherever applicable.Qualifications Required:- Graduate in any discipline; PG/Diploma in Retail/Sales preferred.- Minimum 3 years of retail experience; at least 1 year in training delivery.- TOT certified (Retail SSC/NSDC) is a major advantage.- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.- Digital literacy (MS Office, Google tools, LMS).This job opportunity offers you the chance to contribute to the development of Retail Sales Executives through your training expertise and industry experience.,
