Job Description

    As a Sales Coordinator at our company, your role will involve supporting the sales team in their day-to-day operations. This will include tasks such as handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating order processing, maintaining records, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and assist the sales team with their daily tasks and follow-ups.- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.- Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.- Assist in preparing sales MIS reports and maintaining documentation.- Support marketing and promotional activities as required.Qualifications Required:- Graduation in any discipline.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or back-office operations.Additional Details:Our company values individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email), strong organizational and follow-up abilities, as well as attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at our specified location.,
