Job Description

As a Travel Sales Executive at Leafyinn Trips, a Northeast India-based hospitality and travel brand, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable travel experiences for clients. Your responsibilities will include:- Handling client queries and driving sales of customized travel packages.- Preparing package costings and creating itineraries using AI tools and other digital resources.- Sharing and following up on itineraries, quotations, and confirmations in a timely manner.- Maintaining customer management hygiene by promptly responding to queries and consistently following up.- Working within fixed hours, providing daily progress reports, and ensuring proper communication with the management team.- Maintaining office hygiene, including structured reporting and avoiding unnotified absences.- Organizing customer and sales data using MS Word and Excel.- Developing and updating knowledge of regional geography, destinations, and experiences to better assist clients.- Ensuring a smooth, professional, and friendly communication experience for every client.Qualifications required for this role include being self-driven, passionate about travel, technically savvy with AI-powered tools, proficient in MS Word and Excel, having excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Assamese, and being organized, detail-oriented, and committed to consistent performance.About Leafyinn:Leafyinn is a Northeast India-based hospitality and travel brand that offers curated accommodation and travel experiences.
