Job Description

    As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, assigning duties, training staff, and evaluating performance to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping services. Your primary tasks will include maintaining cleanliness and maintenance standards in all areas, managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and enforcing safety and hygiene regulations. You will also be tasked with developing and managing cleaning schedules, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to optimize operations. Motivating team members to address issues promptly and deliver exceptional service will be crucial in this role.To qualify for this position, you must have at least a High School diploma or higher and possess basic computer knowledge. Additionally, you should have 1 to 2 years of experience in housekeeping. Proficiency in Assamese, Hindi, and English languages is required for effective communication with the team and guests.This is a full-time, permanent position that may involve working in day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, or rotational shifts based on the operational requirements.
