Job Description

    We are seeking a technically proficient and customer-oriented Installation & Training Engineer to become a valued member of our expanding 3D printing team. In this role, you will take on the crucial responsibilities of setting up advanced 3D printers (including FDM, SLA, SLS) at client locations and providing comprehensive training to end-users to ensure proficient operation.Your primary duties will include the installation and calibration of 3D printers, conducting both hands-on and remote training sessions for end-users and client teams, developing user-friendly guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing basic troubleshooting and support inquiries following installations, liaising with the support team for issue escalations and spare parts, and traveling to client sites across Northeast India as necessary.This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a performance bonus and yearly bonus. To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a Diploma (Preferred) and have at least 2 years of experience in field service. Proficiency in Hindi and English is required, as well as a valid Driving Licence.
