Job Description

    You should possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience. Specifically, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Highway projects, focusing on the preparation of BOQ, Rate Analysis, etc. for highway and infrastructure projects. Additionally, you should have served in a similar capacity as a Quantity Surveyor or Documentation Expert in a minimum of 2 Highway Road Projects.Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget to avoid time and cost overruns. Efficient management of construction costs is crucial, and you will be tasked with providing cash flow data to the employer for arranging necessary finances at each project stage. You will also be responsible for assessing cost implications of project changes such as delays and variations.,
