Job Description

    You will be working for a leading Workday Training & Consulting Partner in a full-time position. The job location is remote/hybrid based on projects, and you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience. To be eligible for this role, you must have completed a structured Workday HCM & Finance End-User training program that lasts a minimum of 3 months.As a part of this role, you will be responsible for executing business test scenarios across Workday HCM and Finance modules and designing functional test cases for HR and Finance workflows. You will also provide support for end-user testing, UAT cycles, and other Workday-related support activities. Collaboration with functional and technical teams will be necessary to ensure process validation.The ideal candidate should have exposure to Workday Finance modules such as Financial Accounting, Supplier/Customer Accounts, Project Billing, Tax & Budgets. Familiarity with Workday navigation, reporting (Prism), and approval workflows is essential. Hands-on experience with test case creation, data validation, and functional simulations is required. Strong documentation skills and a good understanding of processes are also necessary.To be eligible for this role, you must have completed a minimum 3-month Workday End-User Training Program that includes hands-on exposure to both HCM and Finance modules.
