• Initiate some driver activation campaigns to increase active driver supply (regular driver communications, mission & incentives, surcharge, etc)
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly orders responded to and fulfilled by drivers
• Plan a strategy to maintain great fulfillment for specific corp clients
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure we have more supply in certain areas

• Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative, and attentive to details
• Have good analytical thinking, strong problem solver with solid analytical & quantitative skills, highly data-driven & objective
• Creative to create a Fresh Campaign to Activate Drivers

What youll need:

• Bachelors degree with minimum 2 years of experience from an Operations background, preferably from a Startup Company
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Report Performance of assigned performance using gathered data, interpretation of the data, and the actions taken.
• Responsible for executing, monitoring, and reviewing the result of each promotion/campaign execution
• Creative to create some attractive communication materials for drivers
• Set and determine a promotion plan for Driver Comms or any Driver Activation project
• Experience and familiar with Microsoft Excel/ Spreadsheets, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
• Have basic Python programming skill is a plus
